1 | Vacuuming & INspection
We vacuum to remove surface debris before moisture is introduced. Meanwhile, we assess the mattress to identify stains, odours, fabric type and condition, and any damage or high-risk areas. This allows us to choose the safest and most effective cleaning method.
2 | Apply cleaning solution
Our eco-friendly pre spray solution is applied to lift soil, break down oils, and loosen embedded dirt in mattress fibres.
3 | Agitation
We let the solution work its magic for a few minutes, and any stains are treated with specialised solutions. We then agitate the areas where the stain remover has been applied to help the solution get deep into the fibres and treat the whole stain.
4 | Hot Water Extraction
Hot water and controlled pressure are used to flush out dirt and contaminants from the mattress and remove cleaning solution residue. The vacuum recovery system simultaneously extracts dirty water so the fibres aren’t left soaked.
5 | final inspection & Drying
We conduct a final check to ensure the results meet our standards, and that no areas have been missed. Drying typically takes 4–8 hours, depending on airflow and humidity.
